First semester of my senior year is coming to an end, and it makes me sit back and view to what I have accomplish thru out this Period of time, have I accomplish everything that was planned from the beginning, have I accomplish my goals, am I on track for graduation, the real question here is, am I ready to graduate?.
Looking forward to June 2nd, 2017, the day I will finally be a graduate from Lindsay High School does surely make me nervous, I do not know what to expect out in the outside world. My professors ofter call it “The real world” where everything will now be a serious thing and there will be no time for mistakes. Something I am sure about as well is that the nervousness I feel is a great feeling, is the feeling of success, the feeling of facing a new world where I will be dependent of myself to succeed and overcome any new obstacles and challenges that might come in my path to success, That I am positive and grateful for. I will face the world with a smile on my face and succeed like I always had, because that is how I was taught to do by my professors in school and by my number one example which is the supportive family I have.
A very important step thru out the first semester of my senior year was to create a plan for after graduation, what will I do, where will I go, what will my next goal be.
So far I have applied to CSU Stanislaus, CSU Sacramento, CSU Chico, CSU Dominguez Hills and last but not least CSU East Bay. Yet it is too early to hear from any of their responses but I still feel confident that I will get accepted to more then one of them since I have been working so hard to have the best grades possible for a better consideration. To which ever one I get approved, my goal is to go in and kick some ass and major in Human Resource and/or Dental Hygienist, but mainly my goal is to succeed and once again make my family proud again.
There is many things I am looking forward to, accomplishing my High School goal, graduating on time with early completion, going out there and explore what the future, what the real world has to offer for me. But the main scenario I am looking forward to is making my family proud the day I graduate, seeing in the eyes of everyone in my family the joy and satisfaction I have been working to give that night, that will be the most precious gift I will receive and will keep to remember and motivate myself from once I am in the battle to succeed once again at a much higher level.
